Throughout 2019 over 90 DAiSY artists visited RHS Garden Wisley, exploring its rich apple growing heritage, taking part in over 40 workshops. ‘The Apple Project’ culminated in an exhibition of photography, print and writing celebrating the orchard across the seasons, the ageless symbolism of this eponymous fruit, and the unique varieties the artists uncovered.

The exhibition also features artwork from DAiSY bursary awardees Liz Mulvaney (Creative Writing), Melissa Ryland (Printmaking) and Jay Neal-Smith (Photography).

The exhibition opened at The Taste of Autumn Festival, RHS Garden Wisley in October 2019 and then moved to The Robert Philips Gallery, Riverhouse Barn, Walton-on-Thames for a three week showing in December 2019.
