DAiSY:ReGrowth Virtual Woodland 2020
During 2020 DAiSY members came together online to do art workshops run by Julie Hoyle. Each week Julie shared fun, creative tasks on the theme of regrowth. As the weeks progressed DAiSY artists submitted their work to form this virtual woodland.
Artist Bio
Julie Hoyle is a contemporary artist and printmaker based in Surrey in the UK working with a variety of print and paint media as well as light and shadow installation.
Julie founded Ochre Print Studio, one of the foremost independent printmaking facilities in South East England. Obtaining two Grants for the Arts from Art Council England for the studio, and personally tutored, mentored and editioned work for artists of all abilities during her Directorship from 2006 – 2016
As well as a current exhibiting artist, Julie tutors and coaches extensively, including working with adults who have learning difficulties.
