Join professional dancer Alice Shepperson for her weekly accessible dance fitness workouts. Each session will include loads of moving and exercises whilst having fun!

The first video will be launched on Tuesday 16th June at 3pm on on Facebook and Youtube, and will follow weekly at this time. The videos will then be available at the DAiSY Youtube channel.

Please note: DAiSY and Alice Shepperson have created this class to be accessible and suitable for as many people as possible. However, we cannot see you and do not know your personal health/physicality. It is vital you take responsibility for your own body.

Before you start, take the time to check and clear your space so it’s safe to move in.

Make sure you’re wearing something comfortable to move in. Please personalise the session for your needs. You can pause or repeat sections whenever you want. 

Artist Bio

Alice Shepperson, Dance Artist – Alice trained at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, graduating in 2015 with a First Class Honours Degree. 

Alice has recently worked with artists Hawk Dance Theatre & The Knotted Project for ‘The Chit Chat Chalk Show’ (2017-2019. Alice continually evolves her way of cultivating and celebrating individuality whilst teaching. She is currently a Dance Engagement Practitioner for Katie Green’s Imagination Museum: Mayflower 400 project (2018- 2020), and is also a freelance artist for Stopgap Dance Company, working as a teacher and performer.
